The Department of Correctional Services under the Ministry of Justice and Community Services wishes to recruit one qualified person for the position of Manager Correctional Centre – Port Vila.

Selection criteria

• University certificate, Diploma or degree in management specifically in an operational environment.

• 3 years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in the delivery of human services.

• Extensive knowledge of communi
es and community leaders.

• Knowledge of the Justice sector.

• Good communication skills.

• Well-developed critical thinking, analysis and decision making.
