    A GREAT WOMAN OF VANUATU BURIED ON THE ISLAND OF URIPIV

    The well-known, dedicated and a very humble Dorosday Kenneth Watson, who worked in the public service for many years, sadly passed away at Port Vila Referral Hospital on Sunday, December 10 2023.

    ADG Siri Delivered Vanuatu Statement in C0SP10

    Finally, the Acting Director General of the Ministry of Justice and Community Services, Mr. Pacco Siri, delivered Vanuatu’s statement at the 10th Session of the Conference on the United Nations Convention against Corruption in Atlanta, United States of America.

    JOB WELL DONE COMMISSION OF ENQUIRIES

    The Minister of Justice and Community Services, John Amos Nalau, has commended the professionalism of the two commissions of inquiry that were set up within a very short time after the commissioners were appointed last month. The Commission of Inquiry into the Vanuatu Financial Intelligent Unit and two Vietnamese vessels detained in Port Vila harbor has accomplished a lot in a short period of time.

    Vanuatu in CoSP10 Conference

    Vanuatu has joined the Pacific delegation that is attending the Conference of States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (CoSP10) in Atlanta from December 11-15, 2023.

    Vanuatu Presented its Reports to UN Human Rights Panel

    Vanuatu participated in the pilot review of the UN Human Rights Panel in Nadi, Fiji.
