Port Vila, Vanuatu – 23 August 2025 – After four weeks of hands-on collaboration in Honiara, two officers from the Vanuatu Law Reform Commission (VLRC), Vivienne Lumae and Lucienne Melkum, have returned home to Vanuatu.
